The Academy is created by Art Market Minds Ltd. (company no. 08704323), registered in England and Wales at 5 Elstree Gate, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, England, WD6 1JD (“Art Market Minds”).
Your Privacy

We will only use your information in accordance with our privacy policy.
If you contract with us, we may use your personal data for marketing our other courses, events and services to you by email or telephone. If you do not want us to use your information for marketing our other conferences, events and services to you, please email louise@artmarketminds.com.
Terms and Conditions:
Applications to register as a student for The Academy or Cultural Catalyst Program, whether via an electronic booking platform or via email, constitutes an offer by you to contract with Art Market Minds upon these terms and conditions (to the exclusion of any other terms). Your offer will be deemed accepted (thereby creating the contract with Art Market Minds) when you receive confirmation (either from the electronic booking platform or via email) of your registration as a student at the course, but subject always to your payment in full, cleared funds of the course price. You will be refused entry to the course if you have not paid the course price in full, cleared funds prior to the program commencement.
Cancellations and Transferability
For cancellation notices received 31 days or more prior to the course commencing, registration fees will be refunded, minus £50 per person cancellation fee. Cancellation notices received less than 31 days prior to the course commencing will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation notices must be sent by email to louise@artmarketminds.com.
No refunds will be given to registrants who for any reason fail to attend the course.
Registrations booked by limited companies or other incorporated entities may be transferred from one named employee to another named employee of that entity provided that notice (of the transfer and the named employee in question) is provided to Art Market Minds not less than 72 hours prior to the course commencing. Save as set out above, registrations are not transferrable.
Course Content
All presentations, materials and documents made available during or as part of the course (“Content”) is intended as general guidance only and should not be relied upon by you. You should take separate professional advice in respect of any particular set of circumstances. All rights (including without limitation all intellectual property rights) in the course content are owned by either Art Market Minds, the teachers, or their respective licensors. You shall not have any rights whatsoever in the Content.
Attending the Course
Art Market Minds reserves the right to refuse admission to the online course and to remove persons from the course for any reason where necessary (including without limitation if you breach these terms). Art Market Minds may request ID from students to verify their identity, and may have to conduct security searches.
Recording and/or transmission, whether of Content or at the course generally, is prohibited.
Entry to the course is subject to our online guidelines.
No unauthorised trading is permitted during the course.
General
Art Market Minds is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to you, except death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Art Market Minds, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Art Market Minds shall not be in breach of these terms, or liable to you for any costs or expenses incurred, if we have to cancel or re-locate the course due to events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
